• Face Data / Selfie: The resized version of the photograph of your face that you voluntarily upload for AI generation.
• Generation: Any AI-created image or video of your possible future self produced by the Service.
• IP address: A unique number assigned to every device connected to the Internet.
• Personal Data: Any information that directly or indirectly identifies a natural person.
• Service: The YourFuture mobile app and website.
• Zero Data Retention (ZDR): Google's setting that ensures user data is not stored or used for training their models.
• You: The individual using the YourFuture Service.

1. What Information Do We Collect?

We collect the following information:

Information You Provide Directly

• Selfies (Face Data): When you use the AI generation feature, you upload a selfie. We collect and store a resized version of this selfie solely as a visual reference for generating personalized future-self images and videos.
• Personal details such as age, weight, height, gender, and selected lifestyle habits (exercise, nutrition, smoking, stress, etc.).
• Account information (e.g., email address or username) if you create an account.

Automatically Collected Information

Device information, IP address, and basic usage analytics to improve the Service and troubleshoot issues.

YourFuture is completely ad-free and does not collect data for advertising purposes.

2. How Do We Use the Information We Collect?

We use your information, including your selfie, only for the following purposes:

• To generate personalized, photorealistic images and videos showing how your appearance may change over time (5, 10, or 20 years) based on the lifestyle choices you select.
• The selfie (face data) is attached to your generation request (together with your age, weight, height, and habits) and used exclusively as a visual reference input for Google's Gemini models.
• To store and display your generation history, side-by-side comparisons, and dynamic videos in the app.
• To provide customer support and improve the Service.

Your selfie is never used for identification, profiling, advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.

3. Sharing Your Information with Third Parties

To provide the AI generation features, we send your selfie and generation request to Google Vertex AI (Google Cloud).

Important safeguards:

• Google processes the data solely on our behalf.
• Zero Data Retention (ZDR) is enabled.
• Your selfies and prompts are not logged, not stored long-term, and not used to train Google's models.
• Generated outputs are temporarily stored on Vertex AI for a maximum of 48 hours before automatic deletion.

We may also engage other trusted service providers for hosting, database storage, and infrastructure, but they are contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.

We do not sell your personal data or selfies. We do not share them with advertisers, marketing partners, or any unrelated third parties.

4. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

Selfies (Face Data):

• On our servers: Retained only as long as the associated generation exists in your history. You can delete any generation (and its attached selfie) at any time.
• On your device: Cached copies remain until you clear the app cache or uninstall the app.
• On Google Vertex AI: Maximum of 48 hours.

Other personal information (e.g., email): Retained only as long as your account is active or as required by law.

When we no longer need your information, we delete or anonymize it.

5. How Do We Protect Your Information?

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your selfies and other personal data. However, no system is completely secure.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You may:

• View, download, or delete any of your generations and attached selfies directly in the app.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Contact us to exercise your data protection rights (including rights under GDPR).

7. International Data Transfers

Your data, including selfies, may be processed in the United States or other countries where Google operates. We ensure appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information, including selfies, from children.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the app and the "Updated" date will be revised.
