YourFuture ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how YourFuture collects, uses, discloses, and retains your personal information when you use our mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").
This Privacy Policy applies to our website (https://yourfuture.space and its subdomains) and the YourFuture mobile app. By accessing or using the Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
We collect the following information:
Device information, IP address, basic usage information, product analytics events (such as feature usage milestones), and marketing attribution signals (such as install referrer or campaign-related parameters), as described in Section 4.
The YourFuture app does not contain advertisements—we do not show third-party ads or other advertising placements inside the app. We may collect limited analytics and marketing measurement data as described in this Privacy Policy to improve the Application and the Service, including understanding how external marketing (outside the app) relates to installs, subscriptions, and product quality; that is not the same as displaying ads in the app or selling your data for behavioral ad targeting inside the Service.
We use your information, including your selfie, only for the following purposes:
Your selfie is never used for identification, profiling, advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.
To provide the AI generation features, we send your selfie and generation request to Google Vertex AI (Google Cloud).
Important safeguards:
We may also engage other trusted service providers for hosting, database storage, infrastructure, product analytics (such as PostHog), and marketing measurement, but they are contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
We do not sell your personal data or selfies. We do not share your selfies with advertisers. We may share limited, pseudonymous, or aggregated information with analytics and marketing measurement providers (such as PostHog and, where applicable, advertising or attribution platforms acting strictly as service providers) solely as described in this Privacy Policy. We do not share selfies or generation content with those providers for their own advertising unrelated to providing services to us.
This section describes how we use product analytics and marketing measurement to improve the Application and the Service. These practices are separate from displaying advertisements inside the app.
The YourFuture mobile application does not display advertisements, and we do not plan to introduce in-app advertising. Monetization is through subscriptions and similar offerings, not through ad inventory inside the app. Analytics and marketing measurement described here measure usage, the effectiveness of off-app marketing (for example ads on social platforms or search that bring users to the store listing), and help us improve the Application based on that picture.
We use PostHog, a product analytics platform, to collect event-based information about how the Service is used. This helps us fix issues, improve features, and understand aggregate usage patterns. PostHog may process:
We use analytics to operate and improve the Service, not to sell your personal information as a product.
We use marketing measurement to improve the Application, not only to report on marketing spend. We combine attribution with product analytics where appropriate so we can understand which journeys produce engaged subscribers, where drop-offs occur, and how to prioritize engineering and UX improvements for real user cohorts.
To support that, we may:
This processing supports (a) measuring marketing effectiveness and reporting in aggregate, and (b) product and application improvement (stability, onboarding, features, and experience quality), consistent with platform rules (including Apple's App Tracking Transparency where applicable). It is separate from in-app advertising: we do not show ads inside the YourFuture app, and attribution does not change that.
If we share data with advertising or attribution partners, we do so only within the categories described in this Privacy Policy and rely on contracts or statutory safeguards where required.
Selfies (Face Data):

When we no longer need your information, we delete or anonymize it.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your selfies and other personal data. However, no system is completely secure.

Analytics and marketing measurement data may be processed by providers (such as PostHog) in the United States or other jurisdictions where they operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place where required.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information, including selfies, from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the app and the "Updated" date will be revised.
